Can I visit an item?
Unfortunately, viewing items is not possible with us. You can order the article online and if it is not to your liking, then you can send it back or return it to Heinenoord.

Can I pick up an order?
Yes, that's possible! Our pick-up location is at Boonsweg 85 in Heinenoord. Place your order online and choose 'pick up in Heinenoord'. As soon as the article is ready, you will receive a message from us.
Is it possible to receive a (dust) sample?
We have different articles (dust) samples. Ask your question via email, chat or WhatsApp and we can check if the desired sample is available.
I have several discount codes, but I can only enter one. How can I combine the codes?
If you have received several discount codes from us, please check whether the codes are valid in combination with each other. If that is the case, send us a message via the mail, chat or WhatsApp with the discount codes, so that we can make 1 code.
I have placed an order, but have not received it yet. What is the delivery time?
The delivery time is listed above the price per product before you place it in the shopping bag.
When you place an order with in-stock and non-stock items, it may be that we want to meet you and already send the articles in stock - of course at our expense. This only applies to orders from € 100, -.
I have an order under € 100, - and I want to receive the part that is in stock. How does this work?
Send us a message that you want to receive it in parts and we will send you an invoice for the shipping costs. After receiving the payment we will send the first part. In NL the shipping costs are € 3.95.
Do I pay shipping costs?
Shipping costs for orders (Netherlands) up to € 50 are € 3.95.
For orders from € 50, - free shipping applies. Furniture transport free (up to the door, ground floor) except the Wadden Islands, this is on request.

I want to return something. What are the costs of this?
This depends on the size and weight of the package. You can inquire about this at the nearest post office. Returns are at your own expense.
When (one) furniture (s) is / are delivered via furniture transport and you want to return it, you can use a transport company selected by us for the return of furniture. The transport costs are € 39. For more information, please contact our customer service
Can I pay afterwards?
Yes, that is possible by choosing postpay via Klarna. This is only possible as a private customer.
What happens if I am not at home when my order is delivered?
We ship via Post NL. When you are not at home, they try to deliver it to the neighbors or leave a notification and will come again the next working day. If both attempts are unsuccessful, the package will be brought to a collection point.
Can I return an article in Heinenoord?
Yes, that's possible! During office hours you could return a package to us. After this you will receive a credit note by e-mail for proof.
I want to order as a business client, how does this work?
You can place your order online and when filling in your details you can indicate that it concerns a business order. After this, you will be asked for a valid VAT number. This should start with NL and the fixed numbers (if it concerns a Dutch company).
Can I choose a delivery date?
We will deliver the next working day if the order is in stock. If this does not come true, please indicate this as a remark on the order, then we try to take this into account.
How can I unsubscribe from the newsletter?
You can do this yourself by clicking on unsubscribe at the bottom of the newsletter.
How do I file a complaint?
You can forward your complaint by e-mail. Try to put it as completely as possible on the mail with the order number and possibly photos.
I want to cancel a (part of) the order. How can I do that?
Please contact customer service so that the order can be canceled for you.
We will refund the amount within 5 working days.
The order can only be canceled as long as the items have not yet been shipped.
